Los Angeles served as his canvas; he transformed freeways and buses, as well as leaving his mark on the heavens. His work on the lofty freeway overpasses popularized graffiti as a cultural phenomenon. However, RISK's impact transcended the canvas, as he held a deep conviction that it was time to give back to the community. He dedicated his efforts to working with numerous youth organizations and environmental foundations on a global scale.

At the peak of his career, RISK took graffiti from the streets and introduced it to the fashion scene with the groundbreaking Third Rail brand. This pivotal move not only birthed the first authentic line of streetwear but also had a profound impact on urban culture and fashion. It was a hybrid, merging skateboarding and hip-hop culture, all thanks to RISK’s innovative vision, a testament to his creative genius and forward-thinking approach.

A relentless focus on traditional aesthetics characterizes RISK’s artistry, deftly combined with distinctive deconstruction techniques and masterful color layering. Committed to honing his artistic skills, RISK pursued a major in Fine Arts at the University of Southern California in 1992, further enriching his craft. Currently, RISK is making waves with his participation in Beyond the Street China, where he showcases one of the show's largest and most captivating installations.
